SAM4s ER-5200M replacement

SAM4s ER-5200M

The popular ER-5200M cash register sadloy is no longer made. We sold our last few of these machines a few months ago. The good news is that there are several great replacement models. SAM4s used the firmware of the ER-5200M and incorporated it into four different models. Now you can choose raise of flat keyboard, receipt only or journal and receipt. They also added a SD card port to the new models really improving on the original ER-5200M model. At the Cash Register Guys we have been making a collection of training videos available to SAM4s cash registers and the SAM4pos system. Currently our videos are available to everyone but at some point in the future they will be locked down except for our customers. Remote Support for SAM4s cash registers

Did you know the new models of cash registers from SAM4s can be supported remotely? Yes from our office using team viewer we can log in remotely and train you on how to use your system or to troubleshoot.

The new models the SAM4s SAP-530R, SAP-530F, SAP-630R and SAP-630F all allow remote support and also allow you to log in to your register from home if you would like.

Uploading UPC's to the SAM4s SPS-520R and other cash registers

Now you can upload a UPC database from a mobile device into a SAM4s SPS-520R or other SAM4s cash register. We rent a mobile device that allows you to scan and enter product details right from the aisle of your store. When you are done you can upload that information to us and we will convert into a file for direct import in the cash register.
