    Hi there,

    I just downloaded the er-380 manual and I'm following the instructions on how to program in the tax rate, but having problems. I keep getting an error beeping sound. Do you have instructions for this by any chance? Maybe yours will work...

    Hi, I am trying to program the samsung er380m with a coupon key using one of the 5 allowed % keys as per the instruction manal. Have programmed the key as 'open' 'sale' 'amount' and 'negative' so that I can deduct redeemed gift vouchers from a sale but it will still only take off a percentage not an open negative amount. Please help!

    So in program 70 N4 should be set to a 1 but sounds like you have everything else set correctly. If unsure you can also do a program scan option #4 and that should print out the settings.
